Banjarbaru, S Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - All board and members of Karang Taruna (youth community organization) in Banjarbaru play a role in preventing the abuse of narcotics and dangerous drugs which circulation are quite rampant.
Chairman of Karang Taruna Banjarbaru Trihayat Ariwibowo here on Saturday said members of the youth have followed the socialization of drug abuse prevention.
"As many as 30 members of youth organization participate in the reinforcement activities of the development of anti-drug insight to community groups, initiated by Banjarbaru Narcotics Agency (BNNK)," he told.
He said the participation of youth members as a proof of community organizational commitment in preventing and combating drugs in the city.
Head of BNNK Banjarbaru Adj Sr Comr (AKBP) Sugito said the agency continues to invite all components of society to prevent and combat all forms of drug abuse.
