"The KNKT team has come to uncover the exact cause of the sinking of the ship," said Head of the Banjarmasin Port Authority (KSOP) M Takwim Masuku here on Tuesday.

"The ship traffic is not disturbed, just need the caution of the skipper who passed, we also have put additional signs on the stern of the ship," he said.
As reported by AntaranewsKalsel, the ship transporting cement of PT Conch sank in the waters of the Barito River when anchored not far from the Port of Trisakti Bandarmasih container pier, Friday (8/12).
The MV Keneukai's skipper M Lukman (27) claimed the ship's anchor was carried by the current till it crashed into a shipwreck under water. As a result of the collision, the hull of the right rear leaked into the water and caused the sinking.
No casualties in the incident. A total of 14 crew members were evacuated before the entire ship sank.
