Tanjung, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - PT Adaro Indonesia presented Adaro Spectapreneur MSME bazaar in South Barito, Central Kalimantan, involving hundreds of business owners and prospective entrepreneurs in its efforts to expand its reach and encourage capacity building for MSMEs in its operational areas.
Adaro's External Relations Division Head Rinaldo Kurniawan said MSMEs as backbone of local economy need to be supported with broad market access.
"With a spirit of innovation and collaboration, we can build inclusive and sustainable economy," Rinaldo noted in a statement released by YABN, Friday.
This include support of mentoring, entrepreneurship training, and opening wider market access through MSME bazaar.

Similar encouragement came from Deputy Regent of Barito Selatan Khristianto Yudha. He said every growing small business idea is a concrete step forward and deserves real support.
"MSMEs development should be encouraged through trainings, promotional assistance, and support in accessing capital," he pointed out.
He commended Adaro's step to provide space for local entrepreneurs to grow.
"Adaro Spectapreneur serves as a platform to promoting local products as well as a platform for entrepreneurial spirit," he said.

Adaro Spectapreneur committee chair Sabariah said for the first time Barito Selatan (Barsel) district held MSMEs bazaar festival.
Both the community, MSMEs and those starting business welcomed the event.
A total 190 people registered to participate in business competition, which was held in two categories at the Adaro Spectapreneur.
First category is business ideas for aspiring entrepreneurs who want to bring their business ideas to life. The Second, business innovation for those who have started a business and want to expand it.

After a selection process began from September 25, 2025, 60 selected participants advanced to the competition round and had the opportunity to showcase their superior products at Adaro Spectapreneur Barsel 2025.
“In the final round, 16 top innovators were selected to compete for championship title, which was included 10 participants in business idea category and 6 in business innovation category,” said Sabariah.
The MSMEs bazaar festival and the announcement of the winners was held lively in the yard of Batuah Stadium, Barito Selatan, Sunday (October 12, 2025), with a total prize of Rp95 million.
