Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan (ANTARA) - The Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning Ministry/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) has launched a weekend service (Pelataran) program since 2022 to make it easier to apply for land administration without brokers or scalpers.
This program is considered very helpful to the community, because it is a solution in land handling process on weekends.
A residen of South Tangerang, Banten, Regi Naldi in a written statement through National Land Agency (BPN) Office in Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan, Saturday, acknowledged that Pelataran makes it easier to process the removal of mortgage rights or Roya without intermediaries.
"Come to BPN to apply for the removal of mortgage or Roya. In my opinion, service at BPN is quite good, information provided is quite clear, and the process is also clear in accordance with the applicable regulation," said Regi Naldi.
Pelataran was indeed created to make it easier for people who ar busy on workdays, now they still can apply for certificate and other land handling on weekends.
This service is specifically intended for land handling that is not authorized by someone else.
Pelataran, which is provided on Saturday-Sunday from 08.00 to 12.00 local time, are implemented at the Land Office located in the provincial capital.
It is also provided in offices that serves an average of more than 2.000 files per month.
This is a form of ATR Ministry/BPN's commitment to accomodate the need of communities in districts and cities where demand for services is very high.
