Batulicin, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - State-owned shipping operator PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (Pelni) has prepared two ships to replace KM Binaiya, which canceled its sailing for the Batulicin-Surabaya route due to operational problems.
Head of PT Pelni branch Batulicin Yuni here on Friday said that the two ships to replace KM Binaiya are KM Egon and KM Wilis. KM Egon has a capacity of 405 passengers and KM Wilis accomodates 403 passengers.

"The two ships to depart to Surabaya on Monday (April 8, 2024). KM Egon to sail from Batulicin Harbor at about 06.00 Wita (Central Indonesia Time Zone) and KM Wilis to depart at around 18.00 Wita," Yuni explained.
Both KM Egon and KM Wilis already have 300 potential passengers, this number is likely to increase.
Passengers can see ticket availability and latest offers from Pelni via Pelni mobile, Web Pelni app or go directly to the nearest counter at the branch office. Add-on services are also available here.
Customer vehicle fare can be checked via MyCargoo app. The cost for transporting two-wheeled vehicle is Rp685,000 per unit and cars with a capacity more than 2,000 cc is Rp2,895,000.
