Batulicin, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - The Batulicin Immigration Office in South Kalimantan is now providing SIPOLIK, an automated answering system for immigration information service.
"Right now we are still socializing it to travel agents, hajj and umrah agents, and community," said Head of Immigration Information Technology and Communication of the Batulicin Immigration Office Muhamad Maryadi here, Friday.
This SIPOLIK, he said, is the answer to providing faster, transparent, and efficient service to the public.
Via SMS or whatsapp to 08118889224, people can get various immigration information provided by the Batulicin Immigration Office.
These include application for new passport, passport replacement for Indonesian citizen, and stay permit for foreigners, as well as other important information.

"In a socialization our officers also give a practical guide about how to use SIPOLIK, includng how to ask questions, accessing important information, and to report problems through the platform. Participants also given the opportunity to try the sytem directly," Maryadi expounded.
Through this program, Batulicin Immigration Office shows its commtment to improving public services, reducing bureaucracy, and getting closer to the public through latest technology.
"We hope that this program will bring great benefits to the people of Batulicin in accessing better and more efficient immigration services," he said.
