Tanjung, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - During Ramadhan, PT Pamapersada Nusantara Distrik ADRO has a routine agenda of distributing basic food packages to residents in need in the company's first ring of operation.
One of which is in Kambitin Raya Village, a climate village under the guidance of Pama. Last Thursday (April 29), for example, 75 basic food packages handed over to the villagers in need, including the elderly, said PAMA ADRO CSR Manager Ono Karno.
"This is a form of the company concern for poor people around the company through CSR program," said Ono, who hopes the assistance to benefit the residents.
Head of Tanjung Sub-district Arianto expressed his gratitude for the company's concern for the condition of less lucky villagers around the company.
"PT Pama's concern can be emulated by other companies that also operate around the village," said Arianto.
The distribution of food packages was witnessed by Chief Village of Kambitin Raya Heri Nugroho and staff as well as the boards of climate village.

The PAMA ADRO fostered village of Kambitin Raya has recently won the runner-up in the national Astra Shining Village (KBA) which was initiated by PT Astra Internasional, the parent company of PAMA. It also the third winner in the national HATINYA PKK (the Family Welfare Movement competition for beautiful, organized, and comfortable yard).
Kambitin Raya Village is now a role model and fostering 10 villages around it.
