Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan (Antaranews) - Banjarbaru Land Acquisition Committee (P2T) completed it job in land acquisition for Syamsudin Noor Banjarmasin airport expansion, though not the whole land could be freed.
"Our job has been completed so PT Angkasa Pura I airport Syamsudin Noor who continue land acquisition that has not been released," said Chairman of the P2T Banjarbaru Syahriani here on Thursday.
According to him, the land acquisition funds that have been paid Rp200 billion more and the entire land has been acquired not problematic.
P2T already submitted the committee's work in the process of land acquisition includes the name, size and map areas of land with the percentage reached 81 percent. The rest of the land could not be released because the landowner does not agree with the price of compensation, then the process proceeds to the Banjarbaru City Municipal Court (Pengadilan Negeri).
"Resolution submitted to the court through a consignment system," he said. Consignment system is the completion of land acquisition with the release of the funds entrusted to the court and the funds could be taken if the owner agrees.
