Barabai, S Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - Now new tourist destinations have sprung up along with the development of community needs and the freedom of self-management, one of which was viral Limbuhang in Haliau Village, Batu Benawa Subdistrict, Central Hulu Sungai (HST).
Unlike the warm Benawa River in the popular tourist spot Pagat. Here the water is cold, even described as very cold, the water is water that is directly from the ground.
"The atmosphere is cool for refreshing the body, because this place is called" Banyu Dingin "or cold water by residents because of the unique characteristics of the water," said Ifansyah Noorhidayat, a local resident.
But don't expect visitors to take a bath here. Limbuhang tourism manager, H Rusyadi, said visitors have not been allowed to bathe here. The reason is to keep the color of the water from becoming cloudy, also for the safety of visitors because of the depth of the water.
"But we the management still provide a bath at the mouth of the river, where the water also comes from Limbuhang," he said.
Ifansyah in Haliau, Saturday (27/1), said Limbuhang ecotourism is located approximately eight kilometers from downtown Barabai, the capital of HST, offering natural tourism.
For lovers of photography this place is very suitable to be a destination. Tosca colored water and if you are lucky will find extraordinary photos.
Rusyadi said, in these tourist spots there were some interesting photo spots, although he admitted there were still many shortcomings and would continue to be addressed and hoped that in the future the management would be even better.
He will try to establish cooperation with the Haliau Village Government to be able to develop it, so that in the future this tourist attraction will be more advanced and managed in a sustainable manner.
