Barabai, S Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - The 103rd TNI Integrated Village Development (TMMD) program by the 1002 Barabai Military Command (Kodim) during 15 October to 13 November in Awang Village, North Batang Alai Subdistrict, Central Hulu Sungai, has ended successfully and finished 100 percent.
The activity was officially closed by the Deputy Commander of Banjarmasin Naval Base Marine Colonel (P) Wijayanto at the Ilung Village soccer field on Tuesday (11/13).
Wijayanto read the mandate of the Army Chief of Staff Gen. Mulyono who expressed his deepest gratitude and appreciation to the local government and the people who had worked together with TNI soldiers to realize regional development which was the target of the 103rd TMMD.
"The TMMD Task Force along with all components of the community nationwide have carried out rural infrastructure development in the form of opening 52 kilometers of new roads and increasing the road body along 326 kilometers," he said.
In addition to rehabilitating dozens of bridges, houses of worship, and schools, as well as repairing uninhabitable homes and various sanitation infrastructure for the community.
He advised the public to maintain the results of the 103rd TMMD program as well as possible for the benefit of all citizens.
1002 Barabai Military Commander Lieutenant Colonel Inf Nur Rakhman Zein when interviewed said there were several physical constructions of TMMD that had been completed in Awang Village, namely the construction of 2.1 km of roads, rehabilitation of three uninhabitable houses, rehabilitation of one mashallah
and non-physical activities.
Acting Regent HST H A Chairansyah also thanked the TMMD Task Force for carrying out development in the district area and has been able to be enjoyed by the
community, especially residents of Awang Village.
Also present was Naval LO of the Mulawarman Regional Military Command Navy Colonel Daniel Mudji Rahadi, 1001 Amuntai District Military Commander (Dandim), Dandim 1008 Tanjung, Dandim 1010 Rantau, Danyon 621 Manuntung, Syamsudinnor Air Base Commander representatives and HST Muspida (Leaders Consultative Forum) and BUMN (state-owned enterprises) and BUMD (district-owned enterprises).
