Banjarmasin, S Kalimatan (ANTARA) - The Banjarmasin City Government has received three awards in public service and governance from the Provincial Government of South Kalimantan.
Governor Sahbirin Noor handed over the awards to the City's Assistant for General Administration Muhammad Makhmud at the 2024 South Kalimantan Public Service Coordination Meeting at the Mahligai Pancasila building, Banjarmasin, Tuesday (May 21, 2024).
The city government won the award from the 2023 public service index assessment with an index of 4.27 or excellent.

The city also won the first place on the Bureaucratic Reform (RB) index in South Kalimantan with a score of 82.22.
The city also received the award for winning the second place of district and city performance accountability implementation in the province.
Makhmud, who represented Mayor H Ibnu Sina, said that these achievements were the results of collaboration among government employees in Banjarmasin.
"Thanks to collaboration of the Regional Apparatus Work Units (SKPDs) within the City Government of Banjarmasin and hopefully Banjarmasin can maintain these achievement," he said.
He ensures that the city government continues to making innovations and providing a maximum service to the citizens in the city.
