Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - The Banjarbaru government is ready to share 3,750 Eid packages to the community, especially the underprivileged.
Head of Social Affairs and Labor Agency Muhammad Hilman here on Wednesday said the Eid (popularly known as lebaran) package distribution is a routine Banjarbaru government's agenda in every Eid.
"The package distribution is a routine activity before Eid and the whole package has been prepared by a third party who win the package procurement tender," he said.
He said the package which worth over Rp100 thousand contains eight kinds of goods, such as sugar, cooking oil, syrup, cake tins, tea, sweetened condensed milk, butter and coffee.
He said the package recipient are LPM caretakers, chief of of RT/RW, official of worship, motorcycle and pedicab driver, janitor to mothers cleaning fish on the market.
According to him, packet delivery is scheduled for five days on 20-24 June 2016 with coupon system that can be taken by representatives of the recipient.
