"High waves and strong winds hit Sarangtiung and surrounding waters," he said.

He explained that the fishermen catch fish by using bagan only at night, from 17:00 until 06:00.
With the collapse of the bagans, fishermen in Kotabaru suffered losses of tens to hundreds of millions rupiahs.
