Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan (Antaranews) - Deputy III Land Command and Control of the National Land Agency (BPN) Doddy Imron Cholid asserted, the completion certificate of the National Agrarian Operations Project (Prona) takes six months.
"If any party or person who plays and slow let alone up to two years, please report it," he said in Banjarbaru on Tuesday, after submission of mass certificates of BPN Strategic Programme on first half of 2014, the scope of the Regional Office in South Kalimantan at BPN Banjarbaru Office on Jalan Panglima Batur.
He said, a six months completing of the Prona certificate apply if all of the conditions required are met and that no other party that makes incomplete requirements.
"For example, an owner of land next to the land which is not in place, was able to make the process slow. However, if full terms, the process is also fast and if there is a slow, let us know," he said.
He also said, the whole process of making the certificate is not charged including measurements, except for stamp duty and other costs determined by mutual agreement. If any party or person who requested the cost the public can report.
