"Until now the number of Pelsus operating in the Tanah Laut amounted to 15. All of them has no more contribution to the region from 2014 revenue, "said HM Rahmadi, Head of Tanah Laut Dishubinfo in Pelaihari on Wednesday (6/8).
Since the publication of Interior Minister Decree (Kepmendagri) No. 37/2014, 15 Pelsus contribution to the region can not be charged again, so the local revenue is reduced from the sector.
"What can we use only SPK (a third party compensation) regulation, and even then not binding, must be as agreed between the local government and the company," he said.
HM Rahmadi expressed, in fact if the area could collect taxes from the sector can certainly increase local revenues.
"Kemendagri 37/2014 started in 2015, so we can no longer obtain the contribution of the sector," he said.
