Kotabaru, South Kalimantan 9/2 (AntaranewsKalsel) - Kotabaru legislators again came to the Ministry of Finance to fight for sharing fund (DBH) on oil and gas exploitation of Sebuku Block in Lari-larian Island.
Chairman of Commission II DPRD Kotabaru Syairi Mukhlis on Thursday revealed about lack of clarity in the fund sharing by the central government to the regions, especially Kotabaru.
"How is it possible that in fact the area where the natural resources get nothing for technical reasons that the drilling point is outside the 12 miles of shoreline," said Syairi.
If this is the point where drilling is outside of the provisions, Kotabaru requested reassessment, also asked for transparency of distribution maps on the oil and gas drilling.
It is as a form of transparency in the management, so that there is no prejudice to the parties concerned, he said.
The former head of the village revealed the central and the Sebuku Block management company bidded Partisipation Interest (PI) to Kotabaru district was considered to be unfair.
