The Banjarbaru City Government won Unqualified Opinion (WTP) on its 2023 Regional Finance Report (LKPD) from the Indonesian Supreme Audit Agency (BPK-RI) of South Kalimantan Representative.
It is for nine times that Banjarbaru obtained this highest achievement and Deputy Mayor Wartono received the Examination Report (LHP) on the City's 2023 Finance Report from the Head of BPK RI for South Kalimantan Rahmadi in Banjarbaru, Tuesday.
Head of BPK RI for South Kalimantan handed over the same report of the audit to Chairman of Banjarbaru City DPRD Fadliansyah witnessed by Banjarbaru Inspector Rahmat Taufik.

"We are grateful that the city government obtained the ninth WTP consecutively. All thanks to the seriousness of all city government levels in preparing and reporting financial management in accordance with the rules and regulations," said Wartono.
Head of BPK South Kalimantan Rahmadi said the same results of audit, WTP or Unqualified Opinion, were also handed over to regional heads throughout South Kalimantan.
"From the result of the examination of the 2023 financial reports, taking into account four criterias, we decided all districts and cities (in South Kalimantan) received WTP," he said after the handover.
According to him, 13 districts and cities who received WTP were Central Hulu Sungai, Banjar, Tapin, Kotabaru, Tabalong, Tanah Bumbu, North Hulu Sungai, South Hulu Sungai, Banjarmasin, Banjarbaru, Tanah Laut, Balangan, and Barito Kuala.
