Spokesman of the Tabalong Task Force for the Acceleration Handling of COVID-19 Taufiqurrahman Hamdie announced that the total number of patients recovered from coronavirus to date is 228.
"At this time only seven are still being treated out of the total of 242 patients who have been confirmed positive for corona," he said.
The highest number of recovered patients came from Murung Pudak Sub-district reaching 95 followed by Tanjung 34, and Kelua 32.
Taufik said on Friday (August 14, 2020) there was an addition of two confirmed positive patients in Tanjung and Kelua.

Even though the number of patients recovered continued to increase, Taufik reminded the people to stay on alert to the pandemic by applying health protocol to prevent its spread.
Especially the COVID-19 cases is quite high in the district. So far it has recorded 242 positive sufferers and seven of them died.
The Tabalong Task Force is now conducting a mass swab test to trace the spread of coronavirus. There are 724 specimens that have been prepared for the three days test.
