Head of the South Hulu Sungai (HSS) Health Office who is the spokesperson of Task Force for Acceleration Handling of COVID-19 doctor Siti Zainab reported a sad news of the death of one Patient Under Surveillance (PDP).
She said the PDP was a resident of Baluti Village, Kandangan Sub-district, died while being treated in the isolation room of the District Hospital of Brigjend H Hasan Basry Kandangan at about 07.15 Monday (July 6, 2020) morning.
"The patient with a code HBS-146 was a woman (63), with PDP status, because her swab test results have not come out. She will be buried according to the health procotol," she said in an official report of the HSS COVID-19 Task Force.
The death of the PDP (HBS-146) became the 16th death case in HSS, both with PDP status and COVID-19 positive.

On the same day, doctor Siti Zainab reported four new positive confirmed cases, including one year old girl, to bring the number to 99 cases until Monday.
The four positive patients namely a woman (37),man (41), a girl (8) and a girl (1). The four are residents of Kandangan Kota Urban Village, Kandangan Sub-district.
While PDP increased by two, HBS-147 a man (55) from Padang Batung,and HBS-142 a baby from Lumpangi Village, Loksado Sub-district. The total number of PDP currently being treated is 23.
Previously reported were the death of HBS-144, a woman (52), resident of Daha Selatan (HSS), HBS-116 from Sungai Raya (HSS), HBS-85 a woman (73) from Kandangan, HBS-62 a man (63) resident of Daha Utara, and HBS-66 from Kandangan.
HBS-59 a woman (58) resident of Kandangan Kota, HBS-57 a woman (66) from Simpur, HBS-53 a woman (65) from Central Hulu Sungai (HST), HBS-41 a man (70), resident of Daha Utara.
HBS-36 a man (44) resident of Banjarbaru, HBS-29 a woman (38) from Daha Utara, HBS-27 a woman (50), resident of Palangkaraya, Central Kalimantan.
Then HBS-20 a woman (45) resident of Kotabaru, HBS-12 a man (20) from Daha Selatan, and HBS-3 a man (58) from Daha Selatan.
