The District of Central Hulu Sungai (HST) in 2020 will receive an injection funds worth IDR190 billion from the central government to be spent for several developments and infrastructures improvements.
It was forwarded by member of the House of Representative (DPR RI)'s Commission V HM Rifqinizami Karsayuda, who was accompanied by the Ministry of Public Works and Housing (PUPR) official, at the regent's office here, Friday (Dec 27, 2019).
According to him, infrastructure and transportation projects to be funded by the state budget (APBN) and to carry out in 2020 in HST are the completion of Batang Alai Dam, normalization of Barabai River to anticipate flood, maintenance and repairment of national roads and also the completion of walangsi Ringroad.
"We also will launch populist infrastructure programs, such as village irrigation, house renovation, PISEW (Regional Socio-Economic Infrastructure Development Program), Kotaku (program to handle slum), sanitation, and clean water, also waste treatment in HST," said the politician of HST origin.

Rifqinizami, who is in his recess in HST, said the total budget to be worked on in the district from work partners is about IDR190 billion in 2020.
"In the context of transportation, HST government will carry out a fesibility study for airport in the Bumi Murakata (HST nickname). We will connect it with Directorate General of Air Transportation of the Ministry of Transportation. HST's airport will be a solution to build air connectivity for Hulu Sungai area," he stated.
The meeting with the House's Commission V member HM Rifqinizami Karsayuda attended by Regent HA Chairansyah, Deputy Regent, DPRD HST, regional Secretary and head of government agencies of HST.
