Kandangan, South Kalimantan (ANTARA) - The district government of Hulu Sungai Selatan (HSS) through its Health Office won Swasti Saba award for Healthy District at South Kalimantan Provincial Level in 2025, as well as STBM Award for Balanti Village, Kalumpang Sub-district.
Regional Secretary of HSS H Muhammad Noor and Head of HSS Development Planning, Research and Development Agency (Bappelitbangda) M Arliyan Syahrial received the awards handed over by the Regional Secretary of South Kalimantan H Muhammad Syarifuddin, who represented Governor H Muhidin.
“Alhamdulillah, today I with the Head of Bappelitbangda and the rank of HSS Health Office receive the provincial-level Healthy District award ," said the Regional Secretary in a statement released by HSS Diskominfo, Saturday.

He said the Swasti Saba award was an outstanding achievement, the result of hard work of all levels of Health Office and related OPD (Regional Apparatus Organizations).
He also expressed his gratitude that Balanti Village, Kalumpang Sub-district, receiving the provincial-level STBM Award, hoping that this achievement will improve in coming years.
The STBM Award is an award from the Ministry of Health given to regions that have successfully implemented the five pillars of Community-Based Total Sanitation (STBM) consistently.
“We are grateful that from village to regency level winning awards at provincial-level. Hopefully this achievement continue to improve to the national level,” he added.
