Martapura, S Kalimatan (ANTARA) - The goverment of Banjar District, South Kalimantan, has again obtained Unqualified Opinion (WTP) and this year is the 12th from the Indonesian Supreme Audit Agency (BPK-RI) of the South Kalimantan Representative.

Banjar Regent Saidi Mansyur together with Chairman of Banjar District Legislature (DPRD) Agus Maulana received the audit document on the district's 2024 Regional Finance Report (LKPD) at BPK-RI of South Kalimantan Representative Office in Banjarbaru City, Monday (May 16, 2025).

Head of the agency in South Kalimantan Andriyanto said the audit on finance report of 13 districts and cities in South Kalimantan aims to provide opinion on the fairness of presentation of financial reports.

"BPK provides opinion with considerations of four criteria in accordance with government accounting standards, namely (first) the adequacy of evidence of accountability documents," he explained after the handover.

Second is completeness of the disclosure followed by the regional government's compliance with law and regulations and effectiveness of internal control system implemented.

Andriyanto expounded that the agency gave unqualified opinion to Banjar government becausse its financial management had been carried out was considered good and in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Regent Saidi Mansyur was grateful for the hard work of all government working units (SKPDs) so that the targeted results were always achieved every year and again achieved the WTP.

"Alhamdulillah (praise be to Allah), this achievement was the result of all levels of the government of Banjar District and must continued to be maintained as a commitment to improving the quality of clean, accountable and transperant financial management," he said.
