Martapura, South Kalimantan 5/3 (AntaranewsKalsel) - One of inmate of Juvenile Correctional Facility (LPKA) Class I Martapura, South Kalimantan, died by ganged up of other three inmates.
Head of the Class I LPKA Martapura Tri Saptono Sambudji on Sunday said the victim, Rizki (17), was declared dead on Saturday (4/3) evening.
"The victim died beaten up by four other inmates on Saturday evening before the Maghrib prayer," he said.
Tri, who was accompanied by Head of Dakpemdis Section Gusti Iskandarsyah, the four actor were MRC, MR, ADS, and MRS. However MRS was allegedly tried to intervene that gang up.
Ironically, the suspect MRC to be freed in seven days ahead, after serving his sentence for acts of wanton. Two other suspects were convicted in cases of immoral and murder.
He explained, the gang up starting when MRC warning Rizki to follow worship which is obligatory for inmates.
"Initially suspect MRC reprimanded the victim and had asked him out of a room especially for children, but was followed by two other suspects, MR and ADS, who ganged up the victim," he said.
The case now handled by the Banjar Police investigators and have conducted re-enactment at the scene, which found the role of MRS allegedly only arbitrated.
