Kotabaru, South Kalimantan (ANTARA) - A member of Kotabaru, South Kalimantan, Legislative Council (DPRD) Fitriadi, who has just sworn in said that his target is an improvement of infrastructure in his electoral district.
"I will strive through the council's main ideas, that there are some (areas) need infrastructure improvement," said Fitriadi in Kotabaru, Tuesday.
He said he will immediately work according to his main duties and functions and will strive to realize his promises made during his candidacy.

He said the infrastructure need to be improved, include availability of public facilities, smooth transportation through road and alley repairment, improving Semayap villagers' welfare through economic growth of micro, small and medium enterprises and others.
"Until today, the footbridge in the village has not been realized," he said.
Fitriadi hopes to realize the main ideas of the council through priority scale in the Kotabaru 1 electoral district (dapil 1).
Previously, 35 elected members of DPRD for the 2024-2029 period were inaugurated. They consisted of 18 old members and 17 new members.
