Kotabaru, South Kalimantan (ANTARA) - Kotabaru DPRD Speaker Syairi Mukhlis appreciated the District Prosecutor’s Office (Kejari) for completing 200 cases out of court through restorative justice approach until 2023.
“As it was announced, the Kotabaru Prosecutor’s Office has completed 200 cases through restorative justice approach in their program," Syairi said after attending Attorney General's Office's (AGO's) 63rd Anniversary (Hari Bhakti Adhiyaksa) at the Kejari office here, Saturday.
Syairi also commended the successful performance of Kotabaru Prosecutor’s Office running innovative programs, especially services for the local public.
Syairi said that Hari Adhyaksa 2023 should be a momentum to continue to work together to build a better Kotabaru and to build the country in accordance with the commitment to safeguard national development.
He also advised the leadership of Kotabaru Prosecutor’s Office to always synergize with the local government in order to accelerate development in "Bumi Saijaan" (Kotabaru's nickname) and increase supervision and assistance for the implementation of local budget (APBD).
Chairman of Kotabaru DPRD also supported its new program of MoU with all heads village in the context of escorting and supervising the use of village funds.
Syairi hopes that the use of village fund to be carried out properly to accelerate development in 168 villages in the district and benefits the community as wide as possible.
