Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - Halimatus Sya`diah, wife of Suriansyah, one of 10 Indonesian citizens who were released by the Abu Sayyaf armed gangs, said she immediately kneel down for prostration of gratitude when heard her husband had been freed.
"My feeling now mix-up, full of joy and and incredible happiness, til I sujud syukur (kneel down to prostration of gratitude) and shed tears," she said at her home in South Banjarmasin on Sunday.
She said she only learned of her husband's really has been liberated from Abu Sayyaf after a person from the office where her husband works named Mega on Sunday afternoon around 16:30 pm called and told the news.
"Alhamdulillah (thank God), Mrs Halimatus, your husband freed along with 10 other hostages," said Halimatus quoted Mega when calling.
Halimatus increasingly convinced her husband Suriansyah completely free, after looking at one of the private television who broadcasted and showed his face.
"I am also sad to see my husband's thin, and plasticity face pale with fatigue and tired," she said, accompanied by members of Babinkamtibmas (a police officer assigned to a village as an advisor on security and public order) of South Banjarmasin Sector Police Aiptu Yudi.
She thanked the government has made every effort to release her husband.
"Thank you very much to the Government of Indonesia and the company that have been able and strives for the liberation of 10 Indonesians including my husband from the Abu Sayyaf group," she said, cradling her son was still an infant.
She said the parties to Jakarta to pick up her husband are the parents of Suriansyah, on Monday (2/5) morning will depart directly from Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi.
