Kotabaru, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - The Kotabaru Legislative Council (DPRD) has prepared shrimp and milkfish seeds for fishermen in Pulau Laut Timur, especially pond owners affected by rob flood.
"The procurement of shrimp and milkfish seeds is through the 2021 aspiration fund," said a member of Commission II Hj Alfisah, as reported on Saturday.
She said the seed assistance is to be able to treat the sadness of fishermen whose ponds were overflowed due to sea tidal flooding which caused the fish and shrimp inside to go freely or lost.

The fishermen who became the victims are advised to coordinate with the Kotabaru Fisheries Agency or related agencies to ask for the assistance of shrimp and milkfish seeds.
"Last information was that the assistance through the aspiration fund in the form of prawn and milkfish fry has not yet been handed over to fishermen in Pulau Laut Timur," she said.
