Barabai, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - The Central Hulu Sungai (HST) District Government received grants of Rp554 million for the needs of houses of worship and religious education as well as 5,000 antigen rapid test kits from the provincial government.
Acting Governor Safrizal ZA said this year is a tough year in dealing with COVID-19 in South Kalimantan. "Today we hand over 5,000 antigen rapid test kits, please use them as a tool to help us prevent the spread of COVID-19," he pointed out last week.
He hopes that hospitals will not work too hard, so they will be painstaking in dealing with sufferers and can have an impact on reducing deaths.
HST Regent H Aulia Oktafiandi on behalf of the district government and the community welcomes the acting Governor and his entourage, who in their busy stiil taking time to visit HST.
"It is an honor for us. This moment in addition to silaturrahim (gathering), we can also share various information related to provincial government program with the HST district government so there is a synergy in the implementation of the future development programs," he said.
