Banjarbaru, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - The laboratory test result of a Patient Under Surveillance (PDP), who died while being treated at the Ulin Regional General Hospital Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, on Sunday (March 29, 2020), was negative for COVID-19.
The provincial government spokesman for COVID-19 Handling Acceleration Task Force HM Muslim in a press statement through a video delivered Monday evening (March 30, 2020) said, the patient with a code Ulin-12 died after the medical team made an optimal relief effort.
The 51 year old female patient had even been given breathing aids, he said, because of shortness of breath.
"Today the laboratory result of the PDP Ulin-12 have come out. The result is negative," he said.
Muslim also said that the number of confirmed patients has increased by four to five, PDP seven, bringing the total number of COVID-19 patients being treated in Ulin Hospital to 12.
