Banjarbaru Land Office, ranks of the South Kalimantan National Land Agency (BPN Kalsel), won an award for the best achievement in securing regional assets.
Banjarbaru won the award through City Land Office Level Certification at the Regional Government Governance Improvement Awards on World Anti-Corruption Day 2024 commemoration held by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).
"Banjarbaru Land Office was the best in this category along with Baubau City and North Jakarta," said Head of South Kalimantan National Land Agency Abdul Azis in Banjarbaru, Tuesday.
The event which took place at KPK's Merah Putih Building with the theme “Strengthening commitment to eradicate corruption for an advanced Indonesia” on Monday (Dec 9, 2024) was attended by Agrarian and Spatial Planning Miniter/Head of National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Nusron Wahid.

Coordinating Minister for Political and Security Affairs Budi Gunawan opened the event on behalf of President Prabowo Subianto. KPK Chairman Nawawi Pomolango, a number of ministers and heads of Red and White Cabinet institutions were also present.
On this occason, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Bima Arya Sugiarto together with Deputy Head of KPK Johanis Tanak handed over appreciation in the form of the Regional Government Governance Improvement Awards 2024 in the category of Achievement of Securing Regional Assets through Provincial BPN Level Certification to Central Java, East Java, and North Sumatra.
Meanwhile, the award winners for the category of Achievement of Securing Regional Assets for the City Land Office Level Certification were Banjarbaru, Baubau, and North Jakarta.
Then, the winners for the category of Achievement of Securing Regional Assets for Regency of District Land Office Level Certification were Tegal, Sukoharjo, and Jombang.
