PLN South and Central Kalimantan Main Distribution Unit (UID Kalselteng) confirms it commitment in providing the best service to the public by presenting a "Command Center".
This facility is to ensure that customer complaints related to electricity disturbances can be handled quickly and appropriately, in line with the spirit of National Heroes' Day.
PLN South and Central Kalimantan General Manager Ahmad Syauki emphasized that the spirit of heroes inspired PLN to provide responsive services to the community.
“PLN's Command Center enables a maximum response time of 45 minutes to arrive at the location, with a target of resolving disturbance within three hours. This is real proof that we are electricity heroes, ready to help the community meet their electricity needs quickly,” he said here on Sunday.

Through Command Center, the nearest officer will repond complaints within 45 minutes, ensuring comfort and reliability of service.
Supported by th latest techknology, PLN's Command Center speeds up responses to every complaint. With a borderless zone concept, officers in the nearest area go directly to the location of disturbance without administrative restriction, ensuring customers problems to be handled swiftly.
The Command Center implementation has brought PLN UID Kalselteng winning the national award at the Culture Festival PLN Group 2024.
Through PLN UP3 Palangka Raya, PLN South-Central Kalimantan won the national 2nd place as Best Culture Implementor in the Smart Customer Service category at the 2024 Outage Management and Yantek Optimization (OMYO) Award.
PLN provides official reporting channel such as PLN Mobile app and PLN 123 Contact Center that the public can use.
“We invite the public to maximize the use of PLN Mobile app and PLN 123 Contact Center, so that complaints can be handled immediately and can be monitored in real time,” added Syauki.
He also said that in this era, electricity is a basic need that motivates PLN to continue to innovate, provides reliable electricity and resolving ellectricity problems as quick as possible.
