Kotabaru Regent H Sayed Jafar visited Sampanahan Village, including Al-Hidayah Mosque, Sampanahan Sub-district, in his Ramadan Safari 1443 Hijriyah, Thursday (April 21, 2022).
The regent, represented by Regional Secretary H Said Akhmad, said that it has been two year that Ramadan Safari has been delayed because of COVID-19 outbreak.
“Alhamdulillah (thank God) this year we can make it all at once for a silaturahmi and handing over some assistance for the community in Sampanahan,” he noted in a press release.
He assured that the district government continue the development for Sampanahan, including to build the road to connect villages.
During his visit, various aids were handed over, including supplemental food for pregnant women, toddlers and teenagers, social assistance from Family Hope Program for 222 beneficiary families (KPM) IDR143,950,000.
Social assistance for non-cash food assistance (BPNT) and cooking oil for 307 KPM with a total of IDR276.3 million came from the state budget (APBN), social assistance for elderly with 8 KPM IDR19,200,000 and the disabled with 15 KPM IDR36,000,000 funds from APBD.
As many as 135 BPJS health assistance cards distributed for Sampanahan Village, then IDR59,816,200 as social granary assistance for disaster management.
The Agriculture Agency provided assistance to improve farming roads in Sukamaju Village for IDR90 million, the Fisheries Agency granted environmentally friendly fishing gear to Bekas Usaha Jaya KUB (joint enterprise group), Rampa Manunggul Village IDR44.1 million, Sinar Harapan KUB, Rampa Manunggul Village, IDR43 million.
The Housing, Land and Settlements Agency provided IDR160,000,000 assistance for as many as 8 uninhabitable houses in Sukamaju Village, and IDR140,000,000 for 7 houses in Basuang Village.
Head of sampanahan Sub-district Juhaini expressed hs gratitude to the regent and entourage for visiting Sampanahan in his Ramadan Safari.
“We the residents of Sampahan thank to the district government for their attention, especially for (building) the Sampanahan village road that the pavement will be carried out with a length of two kilometers,” he said.
