Banjarmasin City Police won an excellent service award from the Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Ministry (Kemenpan RB).

"Alhamdulilah (praise be to Allah) this is a blessing for us all. Thank you to all members for providing excellent service to the public," said Banjarmasin City Police Chief Sr Comr (Kombespol) Sabana Atmojo Martosumito, Thursday.

Sabana has directly received the award handed over by the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Tjahjo Kumolo with the National Police Chief Gen. Listyo Sigit Prabowo at the Awaloedin Djamin Hall, 9th Floor, Bareskrim, Jakarta.

The excellent service award (A+) to Banjarmasin Police was the result of evaluaton of publik services carried out by the ministry in 2021 for district police, city police, big city and metro police.

In December 2021, Banjarmasin Police had presented the improvement of public service quality in front of Deputy Public Service of the Ministry in Jakarta. Thus the city police won the award for excellent services (prima/A+).

Previously, for two years in a row 2019 and 2020, the Banjarmasin Police won the award in a public service with a category of provider with an very good category (A-).

Sabana said that the award will be a trigger and a chalange as well for the future to serve better the residents of Banjarmasin City toward 2022 integrity zone with a predicate of clean and serving bureaucracy (WBBM).

Sabana insisted his ranks not to make any difficulties, instead make it easier in every service provided by the police, including to avoid any violation.

Then assisting the regional government in effort to accelerate vaccination that remains a priority and to revive people's economy in the midst of COVID-19 which begins to decline again.
