Deputy Regent of South Hulu Sungai (HSS) Syamsuri Arsyad received the 2021 Regional Development Award (PPD) from the National Development Planning (PPN) Minister and Head of the National Development Planning Board (Bappenas) Suharso Monoarfa in Jakarta.
He expressed his gratitude for the 2021 PPD award as a result of hard work and cooperation of all parties.
"On behalf of the HSS District Government, we would like to thank the Minister of PPN/Head of Bappenas for this awar, and we must answer this by continuing to give the best," he remarked, Thursday (Nov 25, 2021).
The achievement of this award, he said, is certainly an encouragement to work and improve synergy and colaboration with various parties to continue to provide the best service.
To create innovations and manage this government with full responsibility and high dedication, and the award is a beautiful gift for the 71st anniversary of HSS.

Head of Bappenas said that basically knowledge sharing practices from stakeholders are disverse, the most important thing is to have original and innovative ideas in terms of policies.
"Regional heads are expected to surf innovatively without being glued on the budget, both the national and the regional. Policy innovation is important, which of course must be adapted with the situation of each region,” he said during the hand over of award which was coupled with the launching of Knowledge Sharing book.
This event was held with strict health protocols by reducing the capacity of invited guests. All those present were swab tested with negative result. It was attended byChairman of Ombudsman, regioal heads, high ranking officials within the PPN/Bappenas, and other invited guests.
The PPD 2020-2021 results had actually been announced at the opening of 2020-2021 National Development Planning Forum (Musrenbangnas) through video conference which was attended by the President of Indonesia, Joko Widodo.
