After submitting 128 land certificates in 2019 and another 304 certificates in June 2020, the Barito Kuala National Land Agency (BPN Batola) has again handed over 750 land use right certificates to the District Government of Barito Kuala, Monday (Oct 26, 2020).
The handover, which took place at the Pawon Tlogo Restaurant in Handil Bakti, was witnessed virtually by BPN and BPKAD (Asset and Financial Management Body) of districts and cities across South Kalimantan concurrently the socialization of Land and Building Rights Acquisition Tax (BPHTB).
Also attended Batola Regent represented by Acting Regional Secretary H Abdul Manaf, Head of North Banjarmasin Tax Service Office Eko Prihariyanto W, Acting Head of Batola branch of Bank Kalsel Nurul Ain, Head of BP2RD (Tax and Retribution Management Agency) Ardiansyah, representative of BPKAD Batola, also involved Head of South Kalimantan BPN H Allen Saputra and Chairman of Task Force for Coordinating Supervision and Prevention of KPK Region VIII Dian Patria.
The submission of the certificates was followed by the signing of an agreement related to BPHTB service electronically attended by notaries of official land deed (PPAT) of the Batola.

Head of the Batola BPN Dr Ahmad Suhaimi said the total land certificates issued since the 2019 MoU to date are 1,182 fields. The number exceeded the MoU target.
He hopes this can help regulate the administration and legal security of the Batola government's assets and in the following year the budget is still allocated, so his party can totally complete the certification of assets belonging to the regency government.
Regarding the completion of the 750 certificates, the former Head of North Hulu Sungai BPN said that it only took about three weeks.
Suhaimi stated that he is ready to answer the challenge from the Batola government to legalize the land ownership at any time, anywhere, and at any amount.
Meanwhile, Reget Hj Noormiliyani AS through Acting Secretary H Abdul Manaf explained that the 750 land certificates submitted by the BPN were actually assets in the form of roads.
With the completion of 750 land certification, said the regent, then all roads in Batola have been registered as assets belonging to the Batola District Government.
