Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan (Antaranews) - South Kalimantan Prosecutors Office (Kejati) examine dozens of landowners as witnesses of alleged corruption in land acquisition for Syamsudin Noor Airport Banjarmasin expansion.

Examination of landowners, who have received compensation, performed Monday at two separate places in the Village of Syamsudin Noor and Guntung Payung Village.

Kejati's Special Crimes Assistant Zulhadi Savitri Noor said landowners asked to complete a number of questions in the dossier (BAP) surrounding the land compensation process for the development of the airport.

"The results of the examination will be examined and evaluated so that we can run the process for further investigation to determine the extent of involvement of three persons who have been named as suspects," he said.

Three persons named as suspects were Chairman of the Land Acquisition Committee (P2T) Banjarbaru, an employee of the National Land Agency (BPN) and a land owner.
