Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan (Antaranews) - South Kalimantan Education and Training Board (Bandiklat) achieved ISO 9001:2008, an international standard of Quality Management System.
Bandiklat head Wahyuddin here on Wednesday said that international standards are given by independent agency NQA Indonesia for the Asia region based in the United Kingdom.
"Recommendations to obtain ISO 9001:2008 certification from NQA Indonesia have been received on July 30, 2013, so we are just waiting for the delivery and implementation of quality management system set up," he said.
He explained, ISO 9001:2008 is an international standard of quality management systems field and institutes or organizations that otherwise meet accredited quality management products or services internationally.
According to him, the international quality management standard prepared by South Kalimantan Bandiklat are quality assurance services in connection with the implementation of training programs for civil servants training activities and outcomes.
"We guarantee the whole process of implementation of training ranging from planning to the end result can actually be accounted for and all of them meet international standards," he said.
