Banjarmasin, S Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - The South Kalimantan Regional Police Narcotics Detective Directorate (Ditresnarkoba) destroyed evidence of narcotics crimes those were dismantled during December 2018 until mid-January 2019.
A total of 3,012.82 grams of methamphetamine (sabu-sabu) and 504.5 ecstasy pills and 1,749 G-class drug pills were destroyed by blending.
"The evidence that was destroyed came from 28 cases with 37 suspects," said Director of Narcotics Investigation Sr Comr Wisnu Widarto, Tuesday (29/1).
All of the evidence results from disclosures by three sub directorates, namely Subdit 1 fifteen cases, Subdit 2 eight cases and subdit 3 five cases.
Meanwhile, three network syndicates which were recently revealed have not been included in the evidence of destruction.
South Kalimantan Deputy Police Chief Police Brigadier General Aneka Pristafuddin led the extermination in the lobby of the South Kalimantan Police Headquarters attended by BNNP, South Kalimantan Official of Law dan Human Rights Ministry (Kemenkumham), and Banjarmasin Food and Drug Monitoring Agency (BPOM).
As is known, three prominent cases were revealed by the South Kalimantan Regional Police at the end of last year. One of which the twin brothers caught carrying 2 kg of meth. The suspects were an international network that usually supplies Malaysian narcotics to Banjarmasin via the Sumatra and Java routes.
