Banjarmasin, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - Kotabaru Regent H Muhammad Rusli has opened the "2026 Saijaan Expo Kotabaru Hebat" as part of the 76th anniversary of the district held in the Siring Laut attraction.
The Regent said Saijaan Expo is not just a ceremonial activities, but a strategic platform to display regional development achievements and encouraging economic growth.
“This is a promotional space for various regional innovations, public services, and superior MSME products, which are expected to increase competitiveness and community welfare,” he said in Kotabaru, Monday.

However, he reminded all parties to maintain security, order, and cleanliness during the event.
“Make sure that the event runs safely, orderly, and leaves a positive impression on the community and visitors,” he said.
The 2026 Saijaan Expo Kotabaru Hebat is expected to be a crucial momentum to strengthen synergy between the government, businesses, and the community in digging and promoting regional potential towards an increasingly progressive and competitive Kotabaru.
Saijaan Expo 2026 ran for siox days, from June 1 to 6, 2026, featuring hundreds of exhibitor booths.

A total of 70 booths from the regional government agencies (SKPDs), 50 booths of MSMEs, and 80 others MSMEs to enliven the Car Free Day area.
The event was enlivened by aeromodelling attraction from Indonesian Air Force (TNI AU) who unfurled a banner celebrating the 76th anniversary of Kotabaru District with the theme "Banua Rakat, Kotabaru Hebat” (a region united in harmony, Kotabaru is great) in the air, drawing attention of visitors.
