Kotabaru, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - The Regent of Kotabaru, South Kalimantan, H Muhammad Rusli, laid the groundwork of four regional work unit (SKPD) offices in Sebelimbingan area, to improve public services.
The Regent said that the construction of the four offices is part of expansion of the regional government offices in Sebelimbingan.
“Right now, I'am at the planned location for Kotabaru Regency office center. This year, four SKPD offices will be built: the Health Office, the Environment Office, Social Affairs Office, and Agriculture Office. This certainly part of our effort to accelerate services and improve government performance,” he said in Sebelimbingan, Monday.

The construction is scheduled to begin this year and is targeted for completion the next year.
“Insya Allah (God Willing) the construction to begin this year and ready to be used next year,” he added.
The construction of the four SKPD offices is expected to be able to support more effective, integrated and professional governance, while providing easier acces for the public in Kotabaru.
The groundbreaking ceremony was concluded with a group photo session as a form of support of all parties for the construction of new offices which is a strategic step in realizing a government that is increasingly progressive and responsive to the needs of community.
