Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan (ANTARA) - Dissemination of government policies requires joint efforts and appropriate communication strategies to be effective, Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning Minister and National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Head Nusron Wahid said.
In a meeting with Head of the Presidential Communications Office Hasbi Hasan on Tuesday (Dec 3, 2024), Nusron Wahid said there are 34,000 ATR/BPN employees who could help disseminate information to the public.
“We want to ensure that the government policies we implement, especially in land and spatial sectors, to reach the community more quickly. By involving all 34,000 BPN employees, we hope they can be part of effort to spread positive information about government policices,” said Minister Nusron at the ATR Ministry/BPN, Jakarta, Tuesday (Dec 3, 2024) as quoted from the South Kalimantan Land Office's (BPN's) press release in Banjarbaru, Wednesday.
After this meeting, an appropriate communication strategy is planned to be prepared and coordinated for the dissemination.
Ministry of ATR/BPN will continue to collaborate with the support of the Presidential Communication Office.
Head of the Presidential Communications Office Hasan Hasbi welcomed the initiative and gave an input of a more directed comunication strategy.
He suggested that communication approaches to be carried out specifically per region by considering the characteristic and needs of each region.
“We fully support Ministry of ATR/BPN's effort to involve employees in disseminating policies. We also suggest that each region has its own communication strategy,” said Hasan Hasbi.
Not only information dissemination strategy, Hasan Hasbi also stated that he will support various good programs from ATR/BPN.
The meeting also emphasized the importance of synery between government institutions in disseminating information related to strategic policies, so that public get better understand and support every government program being implemented.
