Kotabaru, South Kalimantan (ANTARA) - Speaker of Kotabaru, South Kalimantan, Legislative Council (DPRD) Suwanti realized constituents' hopes by distributing 427 water containers to provide clean water in 11 villages in two sub-districts.
"This aspiration is focus on clean water facilities," she said here on Friday.
Suwanti expounded that realization of people's aspiration was using the 2024 revised budget in the form of 427 water containers.
"Those numbers (containers) to be distributed in two sub-districts, Pulau Laut Timur and Pulau Sebuku," she said.

The water tanks will be distributed to 10 villages. Seven of the villages in Pulau Laut Timur, they are Tanjung Pengharapan 45 units of water tanks, Bekambit Asri 45, Bekambit 45, Betung 45, Langkang Lama 45, Karang Sari Indah 45, and Kulipak 22.
While in Sebuku, the water tanks to be handed out to Sungai Bali 45 units, Serakaman 45, and Rampa Sebuku 45.
According to her, the program to provide clean water facilities is very important to meet people's need for clean water, especially now in the uncertain dry season.
Apart from that, the treasurer of the local Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP) had also provided a lot of support for community activities, including infrastructure, social and environment in her constituency.
She hopes that the realization of aspirations program of constituents in electoral district (dapil) to provide benefits to the community.
