Rantau, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - The National Intelligence Agency (BIN) for South Kalimantan in collaboration with Tapin Health Office visited residents door-to-door in Hatungun Sub-district to administer the Sinovac vaccine.
"What BIN is doing follows the directives of President Joko Widodo and Head of BIN General (Retired) Budi Gunawan to accelerate vaccination program to reach herd immunity nationally," said Chief Operation of BIN South Kalimantan Supriyono, Thursday.
The vaccination in the area of the Islamic Boarding School of Muthi'ul Huda Hatungun involved three vaccinators teams from Puskesmas (community health center) of Hatungun, Baringin, and Tambaruntung, for the allocation of 500 doses of vaccine.
"We, on behalf of the sub-district government and the people of Hatungun Sub-district, would like to thank the President and the head of BIN for holding vaccination," said Hatungun Sub-district Head Selamet Suryanto.
