Tanjung, South Kalimantan (Antaranews) - Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPID) South Kalimantan branch conducted training and the formation of community groups concerned broadcast content (KMPS) class III in Tanjung , Tabalong Capital, on Wednesday.
Chairman of committee from KPID Aspul Anwar says KMPS training and establishment of KMPS aims to build systems and mechanisms for monitoring network broadcast content in a structured community based.
"People are expected to be critical, caring and intelligent to broadcast content because it is necessary to form community groups concerned broadcast content," said Aspul.
The training, which was attended by commissioners of Central Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPI), Amiruddin, followed by about 50 participants from 7 subdistrict in Tabalong and 3 subdistrict from Balangan.
South Kalimantan KPID Chairman Samsul Rani said four districts have formed KMPS, namely are Banjarmasin, Barito Kuala, Martapura and Banjarbaru.
"After Tabalong, we will also form KMPS in the Central Hulu Sungai (HST) and counties that have yet to be realized in 2014, " said Samsul.
Data in South Kalimantan KPID number of active radio reaches 55 radio ​​and 5 local television including Duta TV, Banjar TV and TVRI Banjarmasin.
