Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (Antaranews) - Banjarmasin City Government through a driving team of the Family Welfare Movement (TP-PKK) sold at least 20 thousand sembako (nine basic staple food) packages to public.
Head of City Government Public Relations, Kurnadiansyah, told reporters on Friday the sale of subsidized sembako is in cooperation with PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya or better known as Alfamart.
Sales of cheap food packages began on Central Banjarmasin Subdistrict office yard on Jalan Pulau Laut opened by Chairman of Banjarmasin's TP-PKK Fathul Jannah Hj Muhidin, Friday.
She welcomed this activity and also thanked the concern of Alfamart to the city of Banjarmasin.
Solihin as Director of Corporate Affairs of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk thanked Banjarmasin's TP PKK for providing opportunities for its Corporate Social resposibility (CSR). The activities were located in five subdistricts in the city of Banjarmasin.
According to Solihin, normal price per package of basic needs was Rp45 thousand and Alfamart gave Rp25ribu subsidy per package, so people just buy Rp20 thousand per package.
The company provides 20 thousand packages distributed. Each of five sudistricts received 4000 packages on sale. *** 4 ***
