Assistant staff from Upau Subdistrict, Tabalong, Sri Wahyu Astuti won the best title in the National level Family Hope Program (PKH) video testimony competition.

The video titled "Anakku Semangatku' (My Child is My Spirit) features one PKH beneficiary from Satuai I Village, Upau Subdistrict, Marleni (30), who is deaf.

With sign language, this rubber farmer expressed her gratitude to President Jokowi and the Minister of Social Affairs for the assistance of PKH funds.

"Thank God, my testimonial video wins first place at the national level," explained Sri.

Through the video, Sri wanted to introduce Marleni as a strong mother with her limitations and never complains about living a life that is unfortunate.

Sri was motivated to take part in the competition to express her gratitude to PKH, whose presence touched the poor.

"This video is proof that PKH has touched those who need help," said Sri who joined PKH as a companion since 2016.
