An alleged drug dealer red-handed

Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan 15/4 (AntaranewsKalsel) - An alleged sabu-sabu dealer was caught red-handed by the Banjarmasin drug police. He allegedly was about to make a transaction.

"It is true, the perpetrator was arrested when about to do transaction and is waiting for the order of forbidden goods," said Chief Police Senior commissioner (Kombes) Anjar Wicaksana Sik in Banjarmasin, Saturday.

He said the unemployed worker was arrested while on Jalan Kampung Melayu Darat, Central Banjarmasin, on Thursday (13/4) night, at around 19:35.

The perpetrator caught carrying narcotics type sabu-sabu as much as one small package. He then known as Syah aka UR (45), a resident of Jalan AES Nasution, Central Banjarmasin.

"The perpetrators along with the evidence directly taken to police headquarters for further examination," said the man who is familiar with the media crew.

UR has been named as a suspect and charged underArticle 114 paragraph (1) Law No. 35/2009 on Narcotics.
