Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning Minister/Head of National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Nusron Wahid handed over 44 Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program certificates to residents of Balikpapan City, East Kalimantan Province.

The Minister handed them over directly door to door in Manggar Urban Village, East Balikpapan Sub-district, on Saturday (Dec 14, 2024).

Nusron in a written statement through South Kalimantan BPN in Banjarbaru, Sunday, assured that PTSL program was running well and continued to be expedited in order to provide legal certainty for the Indonesian people.

“Insya Allah (God willing), we have no obtacles at all. Services are provided quickly, so we have no problems from registration, measurement, up to determining land rights,” said Minister Nusron.

All certificates handed over in Manggar Urban Village were electronic certificates, which consisted of 20 certificates from PTSL, six state property (BMN) certificates, and one waqf certificate.

At the same place, 10 certificates were also handed over to resident of Teritip Urban Village, 4 certificates for Batu Ampar Urban Village residents, as well as 3 waqf certificates for land located in Batu Ampar, Mekar Sari, and Kareng Rejo Urban Villages.

PTSL is a priority program implemented by ATR Ministry/BPN since 2017. By the end of 2024, nationally 120.6 million land plots have been registered or 95.7% of the target set at 126 million plots of land in 2025.

East Kalimantan showed good achievement in PTSL program. “Target in 2024 is 92,700 plots, by December 16 it was 100 percent. For Balikpapan it reached 98 percent, the remaining two percent out of a total of 1,750 plots,” said ATR Minister.

ATR Minister/BPN Head in handing over the certificates was accompanied by Director General of Land and Space Control and Order Jonahar, Head of Public Relation Bureau Harison Mocodompis, Head of East Kalimantan BPN Deni Ahmad Hidayat, as well as Head of Balikpapan Land Office Ade Chandra Wijaya.
