The Government of Banjar District, South Kalimantan, won the State Administration Innovation (Inagara) Award from the State Administration Agency (LAN) of Indonesia in Deliver Launching Innovation Idea stage category.
Acting Head of LAN Muhammad Taufik handed over the award to Banjar Deputy Regent Said Idrus Al Habsyi at the celebration of the 67th anniversary of LAN at the Professor Agus Dwiyanto Hall, Jakarta, Tuesday (August 6, 2024).
"Alhamdulillah, Banjar government has again received an award in innovation this year," Said Idrus said when confirmed in Martapura, Banjar District.
LAN's award is a form of appreciation to regional governments who are considered to have a high commitment to the sustainable development of regional innovation.

Banjar government has implemented an innovation laboratory through assistance by LAN to produce Co-Creation innovation since 2017.
This innovation goes through five stages known as 5 D+1D, namely Drumpup, Diagnose, Design, Deliver, Display and Documentation stages. Banjar government is already at Deliver stage.
In 2017, Banjar govenrment had received Inagara Award for the category of regional government highly committed to managing state innovation.
"We hope the innovation in launching and delivery stage to continue to display and documentation stages and that more innovations to be produced," he said.
Acting Head of LAN Muhammad Taufik said 117 districts and cities had produced 12,236 innovation and 404 innovation were ongoing since the last four years.
"The innovation is able to overcome the limitatio, various inequalities that exist in the outermost, frontier, and disadvantaged (3T) areas and it is hoped that new breakthroughs will always emerge," said Taufik.
Apart from Banjar, four regional govenrment received the same award, namely Pemalang in the categort of lnnovation Display stage, and Lembata in the Deliver Innovation Idea Launching stage category.
Then, Donggala in the Deliver stage for Launching Innovation Idea and Sorong for the category of Integrated Innovation Laboratory with the Workshop Champion of lnnovation.
