Chairman of Kotabaru, South Kalimantan, Legislative Council (DPRD) Syairi Mukhlis lauded the District Government of Kotabaru for receiving Unqualified Opinion or WTP nine times in a row.
The DPRD speaker expressed his appreciation when attending the handover of the WTP or the best grade audit on Kotabaru government's 2023 Regional Finance Report (LKPD) in Banjarbaru last Tuesday (May 7, 2024).
“The appreciation (WTP) was handed over by Head of the Indonesian Supreme Audit Agency (BPK RI) South Kalimantan Representative to the Regent of Kotabaru and I witness the handover,” said Syairi Mukhlis in Kotabaru, Tuesday (May 14, 2024).

He said the achievement of winning the ninth WTP was the most beautiful gift to welcome the 74th anniversary of Kotabaru Regency.
"We together with all members of Kotabaru DPRD congratulate (Regent) Sayed Jafar that under his leadership (Kotabaru) won the ninth WTP," he said.
He acknowledged that BPK RI of South Kalimantan has awarded the best grade audit to Kotabaru through various mechanism of examination until it deserved to be given Unqualified Opinion.
“(The achievement) was the result of examination on the governemnt's financial report (LHK). Hopefully this will be a momentum to continue to improve performance in all fields,” he said.
